Description

In this course, you will learn the basics of the Finnish language under the guidance of an experienced teacher. If needed, explanations can also be provided in Russian. The course is especially suitable for beginners and for those who want to strengthen their basic Finnish language skills. During the course, we will practise everyday vocabulary and useful phrases, pronunciation, speaking, listening comprehension, and the basic structures of Finnish. You will learn how to introduce yourself, talk about yourself, communicate in shops, and understand simple Finnish in everyday situations. We will also get acquainted with Finnish culture and everyday life. The course is intended for learners at levels 0–A1. The course is held online (ZOOM) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:00 to 19:00 during the period June 2–30, 2026, on the following dates: June 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, and 30. The course includes 9 lessons × 60 minutes. Please register by June 1, 2026, at 23:59!
