Cancellation terms and refunds
Cancellation of a paid order is only possible in writing via email to info.kielipiste@gmail.com within 14 days of ordering the course. Once we receive the cancellation request, we will send a confirmation to your email address.
A service fee of 35 euros will be charged for advisory and information services when issuing a refund. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the course begins, the course fee will not be refunded.
If the course is canceled by us, the payment will be refunded in full.
We are not responsible for technical issues related to the customer's device, internet connection, or software.
We reserve the right to make changes to the course or cancel it if there are insufficient participants or another compelling reason arises.
